Job Description:
The Product Development Manager will lead the mechanical design and product development team, oversee new product innovation, review and validate designs, perform engineering calculations, manage prototypes, and ensure projects are delivered successfully from concept to completion.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 8–10 years of relevant industry experience, strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, excellent project management and documentation skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
