Role Overview:
The Hotel Automation Systems Engineer will design and integrate IoT-enabled solutions for hotel operations, including smart room controls, energy management, check-in automation, and property-management integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy IoT-based hotel automation systems.
• Integrate TravelSphere’s software with PMS, POS, and building management tools.
• Conduct site assessments and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity or hardware issues.
• Work with hospitality clients to customize automation workflows.
• Document installation procedures, configuration steps, and system diagrams.
• Collaborate with software teams to enhance automation modules and firmware.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during post-installation phases.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IoT Systems.
• 3–6 years of experience in IoT, automation, hotel tech, or facility systems.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, BACnet).
• Understanding of building automation, HVAC controls, and smart-room technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostics, and client communication skills.
