Role Overview:
As the Real Estate CRM Product Manager, you will oversee the roadmap, user experience, and ongoing improvement of EstateHub’s CRM and automation products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of property agencies and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product strategy, feature planning, and release cycles for CRM and automation modules.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from property agencies and brokers.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams to drive feature development and sprint execution.
• Evaluate product performance and identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the product aligns with real-estate workflows, compliance standards, and market demand.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for product positioning and client demos.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or PropTech.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and real-estate workflows.
• Experience using Agile methods and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills.
