Role Overview
Bilingual Client Service Representative
Provides end-to-end client support to Financial Advisors and Investors
Focus on exceptional customer service and investment-related support
Work Model & Schedule
Full-time
Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Target start date: January 6, 2026
Key Responsibilities
Act as primary contact for advisors and investors (mainly phone-based)
Resolve account, transaction, product, and procedural inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
Maintain strong product and policy knowledge
Build positive client relationships
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Post-secondary education completed
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or IFIC preferred
1–3 years of experience in financial services or contact center roles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally
