Role Overview
The Grocery Clerk supports store operations by stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized shopping environment.
Schedule
Daytime availability required
Flexible hours including weekends as needed
Compensation
Hourly wage ranging from $17.85 to $18.45 per hour (unionized position with rates set by collective agreement).
Key Responsibilities
Stock shelves and maintain product displays according to company standards
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs
Set up company-directed promotions and programs
Maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety standards
Support overall store readiness for customers
Qualifications
