Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role within the Customer Service team by delivering exceptional customer service, processing wine orders, supporting internal sales operations, and coordinating logistics and deliveries across Ontario and British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer and sales representative orders via phone and online channels.
Ensure accurate order entry, invoicing, and data management across internal systems.
Coordinate with sales, accounts receivable, warehouse, delivery, and production teams to schedule orders.
 Maintain up-to-date pricing, inventory, and customer records.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, backorders, and delivery issues.
Optimize sales while adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Order Entry & Sales Responsibilities
Log and track orders, monitor websites for accurate items and pricing, invoice DTC/Wine Club and OP orders, send invoices to customers and sales reps, set up new customers in SAGE with payment details, manage backorder lists, monitor inventory levels, and maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Customer service experience is required. Sales entry and/or logistics experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Work Environment
Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative in-office work environment requiring coordination with multiple internal departments and external partners.
