Job Description:
The Marketing Performance Enhancement Lead will drive lead generation efforts, plan and optimize marketing campaigns, track and analyze KPIs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare performance reports, and ensure consistent marketing execution aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance, growth, or lead generation marketing

• Strong understanding of conversions, funnels, and marketing KPIs

• Hands-on experience with digital and social media campaigns

• Leadership and follow-up skills to drive team performance
