Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative for DOZR, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking construction equipment rentals. You will guide clients through equipment selection, account setup, and order placement, all while maintaining excellent customer service and helping the team meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers across North America.
Assist clients in choosing the right construction equipment and completing their rental orders.
Handle order scheduling, quoting, payments, and invoicing processes.
Follow up with prospective customers to finalize rentals.

Qualifications

Experience in construction, landscaping, equipment, or industrial sales preferred.
Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone throughout the day.
Motivated by performance-based incentives and commissions.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Compensation
$20,000–$30,000 annually, plus commission and variable incentives.
