Job Overview:
Design Centric is looking for a motivated Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into confirmed deals. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in design, web, or technology services sales, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert qualified leads from the lead generation team into successful sales.

  • Conduct persuasive sales calls, presenting solutions and handling client queries.

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to close deals.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and deal progress.

  • Collaborate with lead generation and marketing teams for smooth lead follow-ups.

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

  • Uphold professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in all communications.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or similar roles.

  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

  • CRM management and understanding of sales processes.

  • Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in design, web, or technology services sales.

  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize efficiently.
